Our promise to creators
We respect the work that writers, photographers, designers, and publishers create. If something on Blogosphere Harmony uses your copyrighted material without permission, tell us. We will review it quickly and take the right action.
This page explains how to report an issue and how to respond if your content was taken down by mistake. It is guidance, not legal advice. If you are unsure about anything, please speak to a lawyer.

This policy applies to everything we publish: stories, images, graphics, PDFs, and any files sent to us through forms or email.

How to send a takedown notice
Please email our copyright agent with the details below. Number the points in your message so we can process it faster.
- Your full name and a signature: typed or scanned is fine.
- What was copied: describe the original work or attach a copy.
- Where the copy appears on our site: include the exact URL and any helpful details.
- How we can reach you: postal address, phone number, and email.
- A good faith statement: that the use is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law.
- An accuracy statement: that the information you provide is true.
- Your authority: that you are the owner or allowed to act for the owner, and that your statement is made under penalty of perjury.
Notices that miss key items can be delayed, so include each point.
What happens after you report
We review the notice, check the material, and remove or disable access when appropriate. We then notify the person who posted the content. We keep a simple record of the request and our action.
If the material was provided to us by a brand or agency, we will also check the license they supplied and act accordingly.
If your content was removed by mistake
You can send a counter notice. Email our copyright agent with:
- Your full name and a signature.
- What was removed and where it was before removal.
- A good faith statement: that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact details: postal address, phone number, and email.
- A jurisdiction statement: that you consent to the competent courts for your address and will accept service from the original complainant or their agent.
When we receive a valid counter notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant informs us within a reasonable time that they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringement
We may restrict or end access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. A single serious breach can also lead to removal.
Be honest
False claims or counter claims can create legal liability. Only file a notice if you have the rights or are authorised to act.
About search engines and archives
Removing content from our site does not automatically remove it from search results, web archives, or third party platforms. You may need to contact those services separately.
Tips for faster handling
